Since 2018 we've been selling our portable buildings, storage units, and sheds across Northwest Florida and as we've grown, we've kept that focus on quality, craftsmanship, and selling only the best.

The Backyard Barn Story
(A business born out of both passion and necessity)
I grew up farming.
My passion has always been anything and everything involved in the world of farming, including the buildings and facilities you find on every farm.
On the farm, everything has a purpose and has to be dependable.
The farm speaks to me.
Sadly, the farm life just wasn't in the cards due to a chronic back condition that I've been dealing with since I was nine. Even a traditional career path would be tough with my back issues.
So driven by my passion and desire to have flexibility in my work, my wife and I launched our own business, The Backyard Barn, in 2018.
In opening this business, we saw a need for the people of Pace, Pensacola, and Atmore to have access to quality portable buildings and top quality storage sheds run by locals they could trust.
With this in mind, we offer Stor-Mor Portable Buildings, the industry's best storage solutions.
Every building we sell is built and delivered by someone from the area, so you're supporting the local economy when you buy from The Backyard Barn.
Since the launch of our original Pace, Florida location, we've added two more stores and several more team members to the family, with locations now in Pensacola and Atmore.
