Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
Concrete is always best but not required.
A level surface is required.
Pricing includes labor and erecting your steel building
Concrete is not included in the price but we work with a local concrete contractor that can pour the concrete for you.
A permit or a permit exemption is always required. If you do not want to go through that process alone, the team in the SBS office can help you.
The permit fee is not included in the price of the steel building as that is dictated by the county
The vertical paneling is much stronger than horizontal paneling as there are bracing between the upright frame.
The crews that installs these steel buildings are sub contractors of the manufacturer. The Backyard Barn does not have access to the crews.
The warranty is 10 year panel and trim and 20 year rust through on the tubing.
