Roof
The roof metal has a 40 Year.
LP SmartSiding
The siding is manufactured by LP SmartSiding with a 5 year full replacement warranty and a 50 year pro-rated warranty.
LP Pro-Struct Flooring
The flooring is also by LP and has a 1 year full replacement warranty and 10 year pro-rated warranty.
Urethane
Urethane is provided to us by Haley Paints. It has a 10 year warranty
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Circle E/Stor-Mor has a 5 year workmanship warranty on their portable buildings
