2. Pay Cash or Make Payments

3. We Schedule Delivery

Most sheds at our locations in Pace, Pensacola, and Atmore can be delivered in as few as 3-5 business days from purchasing. We offer free delivery and setup so there is no installation cost within 50 miles of Pace, Pensacola, and Atmore. How Rent-to-Own for a Portable Building Works:

Small Deposit or 1st Month’s Payment: 

 
 

To get started with our Rent-to-Own program for storage sheds, we only require the 1st Month’s Payment. For portable buildings costing more than $15,000 a 5% security deposit is required in addition to the 1st month’s payment. After this initial payment, your portable building will be delivered and set up (for FREE within 50 Miles of our location). Your next month's payment generally isn't due until your shed has already been delivered and the rent to own company has reached out to you to set up your account and payment preferences. This usually takes about 30 to 45 days.

Never a Credit Check: 

Since this is a rental program, and not a loan, we do not pull a credit check or require a credit application. Simply provide a photo ID, current contact information, employer information and 2 personal references (You Have Friends! :) and you are well on your way to owning one of our sheds.

Flexibility: 

The rent to own agreement is based on 24, 36, 48, or 60 monthly payments but may be paid off or canceled at any time with no obligation. If you can no longer make the payments or no longer need the building simply call us and request that the building be picked up from your property. We offer rent to own for sheds in Atmore, Pensacola, Crestview, Cantonment, Pace, Milton, Jay, and more!

No Penalty for Early Pay-Off: 

If you wish to buyout and purchase the building at any time during the term of the agreement, there is no penalty. You may do so by simply paying the remaining balance on your rent to own agreement. The rental fee only applies to the number of months that you utilize the the agreement.

Variety of Terms: 

We offer 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 month payment terms for portable buildings. You can pay as much down as you like to reduce the monthly payment amount. And yes, you DO own your building after making the final payment.
